Fully Assembled:  Handmade with care just for you, this garland is made from premium tissue paper and shiny mylar.  Strung on cotton twine, the tassels can be easily moved along the cord to provide a more sparse of full look depending on your taste.  Garland arrives fully assembled and just requires a little fluffing.
